Welcome to TellyJuice

At TellyJuice we create video marketing for broadcasters, brands and businesses and we squeeze every drop of our award-winning knowledge into making video content that both entertains and engages.

We create promos, sales and showcase material for broadcasters and content makers and digital video for some of the UK’s largest brands and businesses.

With years of award winning broadcast experience, we understand how to engage audiences and simplify complex messages into effective entertaining communication.

.
Our Juicy history

TellyJuice was the brainchild of award-winning writer/director Niall Towl and writer/performer Jason Attar; their ambition was to create a small but creative powerhouse. A place that produced splendidly entertaining video content, both for business clients of all sizes and the big-boy broadcasters of telly land.

So in early 2007, TellyJuice was born in an impossibly small office above a 'knocking shop' in Soho.

Cut to a few years later, and with a lovely, new office above a posh French restaurant (that’s progress), TellyJuice is blossoming.

We produce, animate and seed content for some of the UK's largest broadcast and businesses. We've worked with many of our clients for several years and many view us as their own personal production team.

The TellyJuice flow

Our aim is to create the best work in the simplest way possible.

So, we've simplified the creative process by stripping out layers of flimflam management, or 'flanagement', that bog things down and leave the process feeling bloated and cumbersome. By working directly with our creative people, clients feel more involved in the creative process and benefit from open communication.

The Juicers

We pride ourselves on playing nicely, and stick rigorously to the Harvard Business School recognised "No Asshole Rule". All of our Juicers are hand-picked to create a very special blend of creative talent and organisation.

Becci was born to organise. As a child Becci kept imaginary staff in line, created complex graphs and reports (always ensuring she coloured within the lines) and managed vast sums of petty cash with the help of her Fisher Price till. As an adult not much has changed.

Becci spent her former TV years working freelance on shows that include The Apprentice, Britain’s Got More Talent and Coach Trip. She joined TellyJuice in 2009 and has not looked back since.
Dave is a multi-award winning promo maker including 6 Promax awards and 1 Shark Award. Dave's a real craftsman, he can write with natural, comic flair, and produce and edit with an eye for the finest detail.<br /><br />

                             Many moons ago, Dave started his career alongside the News Bunny at Live TV. If you're working with Emma, you're in safe hands as she's a very experienced Senior Producer and Editor. She's also won a Promax Award for Best Entertainment Promo.<br />
<br />
She started her career at Living then then joined ITV as a Promo Producer. For 8 years she directed and produced high-profile campaigns, working with ITV stars such as Ant and Dec, Trevor McDonald and Simon Cowell.
Niall began his career at Paramount Comedy Channel, and became a Senior Creative at ITV. <br />
<br />
He's also worked at Sky and The Sci-Fi Channel. Niall leaves an impressive trail of memorable and award winning campaigns behind him including Best Director and Best Television Campaign for ITV's The Bill. Since founding TellyJuice, his list of awards continues. Jason is multi talented. He writes, directs, performs and edits. Jason began his telly life at Paramount Comedy Channel as an editor, but before long firmly established himself as a top Guerilla Filmmaker/Performer.<br /><br />
Now he is regarded as one of the best reality-based comedy performers in the industry. Only a few years ago James was a runner at ITV, but with his enthusiasm, talent, creative eye and sharp editing skills, he rocketed through the ranks incredibly quickly and is now a superstar producer and editor.
<br /><br />
James loves a pair of skinny jeans and a nice hot shower. He's had a number of nicknames, but 'Stixy' seems to be the one that's stuck.

Lisa has extensive experience as a project manager and strategic development advisor for the creative industries.
<br /><br />
Lisa must be well supplied with tea and biscuits for maximum productivity. Harry or Arry as he like to be called is a recent Television Production Graduate. After graduating Harry gained many months experience on a number of different studio productions as a Runner and assistant floor manager as well as working as a Camera Assistant on TV drama series Coming Up before finally becoming a happy member of the TellyJuice crew.
You may like to know Harry likes to juggle, hates pomegranates and loves anything that tastes like leaves.
David is the Head of Design at TellyJuice. He has over 18 years of broadcast design experience working on title sequences, branding, promos and print. He has a vast knowledge of After Effects, Cinema4D, Illustrator, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro, and he also likes things that make you go hmm.
<br />
<br />
His first job was to make the giant playing cards for Bruce's Play Your Cards Right; 'You get nothing for a pair, not in this game'.
Before bringing his magic to TellyJuice, George bagged himself a first class honours degree in Media Production and successfully fought his way through the general despair of the job market, picking up some valuable nuggets of experience from the likes of the BBC and Hat Trick in between.
<br />
<br />
He's a whizz with After Effects and takes lovely photographs.
Peter uses the right-hand side of his brain to create award-winning promos and scripts (7 Promax gongs and 9 further nominations). He uses the left-hand side to oversee the edit facilities, technical equipment and manage workflow (for which he’s never won any awards).<br />
<br />
He loves wordplay, puns and double entendres; in fact, any opportunity there is, he’ll give you one.
“Bethan graduated with a First in Media Production before entering the big wide world and landing her dream job… However, clothing retail wasn’t quite the whirlwind she had imagined so she came to work for TellyJuice instead! <br /><br />
The rare species of BethanosaurusRex (abbr. B-Rex) can often be spotted doing something geeky with a computer, singing to herself, or loitering by a buffet table.
Fresh from the BBC, Zoe has recently joined our team. After completing a Masters In Audio Visual Production, she dipped her toe in film production, training and organising networking events. She then did some very serious flirting with low-budget filmmaking and more recently got a really good taste of how the world of continuing drama works. Her favourite things to do are buy shoes, spell out her surname to clients and insist all her friends try some of the food on her plate.
On graduating from University College Falmouth in 2010 with a degree in Graphic Design, Rosie worked for a year at Universal Networks International creating motion graphics for their UK Television Channels such before moving on to TellyJuice in March 2012. Hailing from London (not Essex - as some people would lead you to believe) she was placed runner-up in the hotly contested 'Skinner of the Week' industry awards gaining notoriety for her clementine eating abilities and laughable pool skills.
